From Gaudí's fantastical Barcelona to the Moorish palaces of Andalusia, this 8-day guided tour follows Spain's sunny Mediterranean side. You will see the Sagrada Familia, taste paella in Valencia, walk the Alhambra in Granada and finish with flamenco in Seville. Your guide handles the trains, tickets and reservations, so you can enjoy the plazas, the tapas and the views.
Good to know: Alhambra tickets sell out weeks ahead, so we recommend booking early. Summer (July and August) is very hot in Andalusia. Spring and autumn are the most comfortable seasons.

Arrival in Barcelona
Meet your guide on arrival and transfer to your hotel. Take a relaxed evening stroll along La Rambla and enjoy a welcome tapas dinner. -
DAY02
Gaudi's Barcelona
Explore the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell with your guide. Spend the afternoon in the Gothic Quarter, with time for lunch and shopping. -
DAY03
Barcelona to Valencia
Take the train down the coast to Valencia. Visit the City of Arts and Sciences and the old town, then enjoy a traditional paella dinner. -
DAY04
Valencia to Granada
Travel inland to Granada, with a scenic stop along the way. Arrive in time for an evening walk through the Albaicin old quarter and views of the Alhambra at sunset. -
DAY05
The Alhambra
Tour the Alhambra palaces, the Generalife gardens and the Alcazaba fortress. The afternoon is free to explore Granada's tapas bars and markets. -
DAY06
Cordoba and Seville
Stop in Cordoba to visit the Mezquita, the great mosque-cathedral, and wander the old Jewish quarter. Continue to Seville for the evening. -
DAY07
Seville
Visit the Royal Alcazar and the Cathedral, then relax at Plaza de Espana. End the trip with a farewell dinner and a flamenco show. -

Departure
Enjoy breakfast, then transfer to the airport or train station for your onward journey.

Expect 6 to 10 km of walking on sightseeing days, with some hills and cobbled streets in Granada and the Gothic Quarter. Comfortable shoes are essential.
