Lohime Travel Solutions “we”, “us”, “our” designs and sells guided tours and holiday packages. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through our website, by phone, by email or in person. Our contact details are in section 12.

2. Information We Collect

• Booking information: your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, nationality, and passport details where a tour or visa requires them.
• Traveler details: the same information for anyone you book for, and any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you choose to share so we can plan safely.
• Payment information: payment confirmations and transaction references. Card details are entered with our payment provider and we do not store them.
• Enquiries and messages: what you send us through contact forms, email, calls or messaging.
• Newsletter details: your email address if you subscribe.
• Website data: your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm, manage and deliver your booking
• To arrange hotels, transport, guides and activities with our suppliers

If you tell us about a health condition, disability or dietary need, we use it only to plan and deliver your trip safely, and we share it only with the suppliers who need it for that.

Because we organize trips abroad, your details may be sent to suppliers in other countries. We share only what is necessary and ask suppliers to protect it appropriately.

Our website uses essential cookies so it works properly. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and marketing cookies to show relevant offers. 8. How Long We Keep It
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run your trip and meet legal, tax and accounting duties, which is usually 7 years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, to object to or limit how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
